I have just posted my first Blog. It is for people in the food service business. You will learn about me and hopefully I can share with you my stories and information about the business. I have been at it a long time and there is not much I have not done or been exposed to as operator and consultant.

BACK TO BASICS - How did you get away from them. There is no going back, the Basics stay, remain they are cast in stone. Any practice in the day to day management of a business, any business, that moves away from the Basic operational philosphical, policies and core practices of it's business is heading to a financial disaster. (more later)
